Now that the warm weather is here we all look forward to the “lazy days of summer.” Trouble is, if you are like me, there is nothing lazy about it. For us, we are just as busy and we simply don’t have the luxury of routine.
During these times it is important that we not forget the importance of maintaining our time with God. We need to remember during those times of vacation and relaxation the church continues on, our spiritual needs continue and God’s desire to have a quiet time with us continues.
I have truly enjoyed my time with you. I want to take this chance to thank each and every one of you for the gifts, the support and the friendships. Emmanuel is an exciting place to be and I look forward to hearing about all the wonderful things that are about to happen for you.
